Pent Roof

The pent roof shed again is ideal for general storage but with more positions on door and window positions than a standard apex shed. Also the fall of the roof can be changed to suit requirements.

  • Strong T&G floor with joists 12" apart
  • Roof has an inner and outer frame which makes it very strong and makes the shed more rigid
  • Hot spelter galvanised ironmongery
  • Polyester roofing felt is used as it's hard wearing , hard to tear but very pliable
  • Prepared timber frame with rounded edges
  • Choice of three claddings all with extended joints

Specification

  1. Our basic prices include one 2'6" door & one 2'x2' fixed window.
  2. Frame size 38 mm x 50 mm Prepared with Four Corners Rounded.
  3. Polyester Roofing Felt with glued overlaps.
  4. Extra fixed windows £28 each. Casement opening windows £45 each.
  5. Double Doors up to 4ft wide £65, over 4ft to a maximum size of 6ft £75.
  6. Stable Door 2'6" wide at £50.
  7. Extra Single door £65.
  8. All buildings include a floor, a suitable base is required (see base preparations page).
  9. All timber products must be treated by the customer after delivery to waterproof the timber. We recommend Elfords top coat timber treatment (solvent based)..
  10. CG5 Georgian windows fixed XX. Opening XX, includes toughened glass.
  11. CG4 Georgian Windows fixed XX, opening XX, includes toughened glass.
  12. HG9 Single door with toughened glass XX.
